Somers Point has the distinct advantage of having a very fine hospital - Shore Memorial - in its midst. Not only is it a great hospital, patients also get a view of the bay!! There are also two other very good hospitals in neighboring towns. Burdette Tomlin Hospital is situated in Cape May Court House and Atlantic City is proud to have Atlantic City Medical. Residents and vacationers can feel safe when traveling to the resort areas down here with up to date medical care available to them. These doctors have their practices in Linwood, Northfield, Ocean City, Upper Township and EHT (Egg Harbor Township) and of course in Somers Point.
